Council builds a cycleway at Coronation Park

Campbelltown Council has commenced building a cycleway around the perimeter of Coronation Park Minto.

Construction on the cycleway started in mid January and is expected to be completed by early February.

The cycleway is 2.5 metres wide and runs along the fenceline on the southern side of the courts and beside the indoor stadium on the western side. The cycleway will join the existing footpath/cycleway on Redfern Rd and the newly construction cycleway that runs beside the football field towards Pembroke Rd.

Junior representative selections for 2012

Campbelltown held their State Age and 11yrs development trials for 2012 on
Saturday 26-11-11 and were very pleased with the skills and attitude of the players.

Campbelltown would like to thank the players, selectors and umpires for all their efforts at selections.

A reminder to all successful players that a further $50 deposit is required on uniform trial night before your place is confirmed in the team.

Uniform trial nights are on Wednesday 30 November 2011 and 1 December 2011 from 5pm to 7pm. You will also be given your player’s contract to sign.

Unsuccessful player refunds will be given out on Tuesday 6 December 2011 between 6pm and 7pm. I would like to encourage you to continue with your netball skills and try out again for a rep team next season.

*NB CDNA By-Laws state that “Rep teams can be added to or deleted from at any time.”

State league selections for 2012

Campbelltown Netball held its State League trials for 2012 last night (Monday 28 November) and was very pleased with the response from players.

Campbelltown Netball Association would like to thank the players, selectors and umpires for all their efforts at selections.

A reminder to all successful players that a $100 deposit is required on uniform trial night before your place is confirmed in the team.

Uniform trial nights are on Wednesday 30 November 2011 and Thursday 1 December 2011 from 5pm to 7pm. You will also be given your player’s contract to sign.

Grades requested will be Div 2 - Tuesday Night, Div 5 - Sat afternoon, Div 7 - Sat morning.
