Campbelltown State League are on fire

Campbelltown State League Teams playing in Div 3 and Div 6 are on fire!
Both State league teams are in 1st spot with only4 weeks to go before semi finals begin.Team 1
State League Div 3 is on 22 pts and have 5 games left to play in their Monday Night competition before Semi Finals start. Team 1 plays on a Monday evening.
Team 1 is currently placed first in division 3 State League, however we play the teams placed 2-5 in our next few games and the competition is so close that any loss could change the rankings by 3 places.
We are continuing our strategy of blending youth and experience, with all 12 players getting court time. This has resulted in some tight games where all players have needed to 'step-up' and perform when given on-court opportunities.
At present we are focusing on our defensive court systems, and we are hoping to better our for/against ratio in order to secure a top placing for the finals series. We welcome all spectators to our games which are held at the Anne Clark Centre at Lidcombe on Monday nights.

State League Div 6 is on 14pts and have 4 games left to play in their Saturday competition before semi finals start. Team 2 plays Saturday afternoon.
The State League 6 competition this year is extremely close. Although we are currently in first place on 14 points, there are 4 other teams close behind us on 12 points then PANA who we play this Saturday closely behind sitting on 10 points With 4 rounds left in the competition and a lot of these teams playing each other the final 4 placings won't be determined until the completion of the last game.
Campbelltown girls have played strongly throughout the competition and have trained extremely well. We will be taking the court on Saturday totally committed and know that after losing our last two games we need to focus on turning this around with a win on Saturday.
We play at a time on Saturday which does not allow for much support from the association but if this rain persists tomorrow (23 July) please come and give us your support we would love to see you, our game is 1.30pm on court A.
